Groups:

We welcome groups. We have a few options to help your day flow smoothly depending on your requirements and budget.

Group Discount

If you’ve got 10 drivers to fill an entire race, you get the private race group discount. One whole 10min race costs $230. That’s 10 drivers @ $23 each. You can claim that discount any time in any session. (It is best to let us know if you are planning to arrive at a certain time so we can try and organise other races around you. Races can not be reserved or guaranteed without pre-payment.)

Booking multiple whole races is beneficial to both you and us if you reserve a group party in an Early Bird or Late Afternoon or Evening Session by appointment, because we can guarantee the race time for you as well as offer you other benefits such as self-catering and BBQ hire. Groups with Juniors

We welcome small groups of junior drivers (10-13) to come and drive on weekdays and weekends in the Early Bird Session, the first 2 hours of opening when the track is quiet (9 am-11 am). Small groups and individuals are not normally permitted to drive in the Arrive and Drive Public sessions between 11am - close on weekends.

However, if you have a group of 8-10 drivers including juniors and you all want to race together in one entire race, you can come and race in the Arrive and Drive Public Sessions as an entire race. (This is the most popular way to ensure the kids get a race with their parents – arranging a group of 8-10 drivers and buy an entire race during Arrive and Drive.) Please let us know you are coming so we can get the junior karts ready for you. Groups of 10 enjoy the private race group discount of $23 for 10min rides. Family groups that race with juniors will all have their karts depowered to the same hp as juniors. There will be no argy bargy amongst siblings.

Private Parties & Events with Private Races:

Birthday Parties with Juniors

Max 10 drivers per private race. Minimum 2 private races. (Each race costs $230). Each driver must either have their own Full Faced Road Standard Helmet with visor or goggles, that complies with AS/NZS1698 Standard or they can use our helmets but must purchase a balaclava (for hygiene) from us for $5. The party must be reserved in the Early Bird Session on weekends. Party times during weekdays are more flexible and by appointment. Reserved Private Parties enjoy many other benefits besides the group discount on races and a guaranteed race time. Reserved Private Parties are permitted to decorate their reserved space any way they like but must clean up the space before departure. (A cleaning fee may be charged if spaces are not left the way they were found.) Spaces available are gazebo, garden, or café. Reserved Private Parties are also permitted to self-cater food. We have a gas BBQ for hire ($50) and you can also arrange for seasonal platters of hot/cold/sweet/savoury or take away foods to be delivered at your specified time from our local cafes, pub, Servo and bakery. Uber Eats delivers too. We just ask that all drinks and coffees are purchased from us. Reserved Private Parties also have free use of our cricket sets (security deposit required.) Garden Chess and Pool Table are also free and for general public use.

50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Refund only given for cancellation of the event due to weather conditions. We are unable to offer racing in wet, slippery conditions. We will endeavour to transfer to another date if possible.

Reserved Private Adult Events

If you have a Team Building Event for a business or a Private Group Event planned -this is for you.

Minimum 3 private races with a max 10 drivers in each race. (Each private race costs $230). Each driver must either have their own Full Faced Road Standard Helmet that complies with AS/NZS1698 Standard or alternatively drivers can use our helmets but must purchase a balaclava (for hygiene) from us for $5. Weekend parties must be reserved in the Early Bird Session or Late Afternoon Session 4:00pm-5:30pm or Early Evening Session 6pm -8pm.

Other evening times by negotiation and appointment only. Reserved Private Parties enjoy many other benefits besides the group discount on races and a guaranteed race time. Reserved Private Parties are permitted to decorate their reserved space any way they like but must clean up the space before departure. No offensive 18+ decorations - we are a family venue. Spaces available are gazebo, garden, or café. Please note that the unlit garden spaces are not available at night. (A cleaning fee may be charged if spaces are not left the way they were found.) Reserved Private Parties are also permitted to self-cater food. We have a gas BBQ for hire ($50) and you can also arrange for seasonal platters of hot/cold/sweet/savoury or takeaway foods to be delivered at your specified time from our local cafes, pub, Servo and bakery. Private Events

Entire venue hire can be negotiated by appointment only. If you would like to hire the entire premises for a private function with or without karting for birthdays, corporate events, weddings etc we are able to customise a package for you with catering options if desired.

Packages from $1500/hr. (3 hr min hire on weekends, 2 hr min hire weekdays). Please email to discuss a customised package that suits you.

Private Grand Prix Racing Experience

The ultimate Team Building Event for businesses!

Grand Prix Racing Events for 12 to 48 drivers. $1850 -$3000 depending on group size. Customised pricing for each group. Allow 1.5hours to 2hours for the event. Grand Prix Racing includes full driver briefing session, 5 lap warm up with driver change practice, 5 lap qualifying race for grid line up, 100-120 lap race where team shares the driving & depending on team strategy, each driver completes 20-30 laps each (depending on team strategy and customised package), small funsized trophies and balaclavas included. Grand Prix Racing Season

GRAND PRIX RACING - Team Events every season for 10 weeks. (4 seasons per year)

Grand Prix Racing Social Season (every Tuesday NIGHT 6:00pm - 8:00pm ish.) Your team can turn up every week or just once a month. It's up to you and is meant to fit around your schedule. There's no need to commit to racing every week. It's meant to be fun and low key but still have a racing vibe with like-minded drivers that love to race. Many teams are using the social nights as a practice session under racing conditions for the SWS Events on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. (Yes the SWS Events are where they race for Sheep Stations ...... well they race for an invitation to the International Leisure Kart finals in Europe next year!).

Extra solo racing after GP available if desired until 9pm.

Enduro races and speed nights are also offered for those interested after the GP. Come and set a track record when conditions are perfect for fast laps. Warm track, cold air.... fast track)

Get a team of 2 together for our next social season commencing at the start of each school term for 10 weeks.(Drivers must be over 15 to participate. It gets a bit wild out there!). Each week teams will accrue points for participation and places. The total points will determine the overall team trophies for the season but will also equal the number of tickets in the random prize draw at the end of the season. Every team that participates in the Social GP will be in the random prize draw. Everyone has a chance to win. The more times your team races, the more tickets you will get in the random prize draw. The winner of the random prize draw is required to be there on the last night to claim the prize. If the team is not present for the prize draw, it will be drawn again.

GP Social Racing Prices:

Weekly Race Fees: $50 per team

Solo race after the Social GP: $30 per driver

GP Format: 5 min qualify for nominated Driver 1 that will start the race, 50 lap race where each driver will race approx 25 laps each. Karts randomly assigned to each team.

SWS EVENTS

Are you the next Australian Leisure Kart Champion?

Sodi World Series Events are special racing events for affiliated tracks around the world that exclusively use Sodi Go Karts. Drivers sign up on the Sodi World Series Website to participate in local events that accrue points towards their National and International Ranking. Each year, Sodi invites the National Leisure Kart Champions of the world to participate in an exclusive International Final held in Europe. Adrenaline Sports Qld will sponsor any of our affiliated drivers who qualify for the International Finals. Accruing race points is easy, just participate. Accruing podium points requires skill and race craft but the prize is worth it. Drivers turn up to the host track for the three day, International event. If you love motor sport and want a taste of competitive racing, this is for you!

During 2024, Adrenaline Sports Qld will be hosting Sprint Events and Endurance Team Events. These events are scheduled for 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from Feb -Dec 2024. Extra SWS Events may also be scheduled throughout the year. Re-scheduled events will also usually occur on Thursdays. Join our SWS Face Book Chat for updated info.

Sprint Races $50 per driver.

Endurance Team Races $180 per team (min 3 drivers each race).

Payments and Refund Policy

50% deposit is payable for Private Bookings, when private booking date and details are finalised. An invoice will be issued for the races. 50% deposit needs to be paid at time of booking (at least 7 days before race day) to secure the booking. The final balance of the invoice will be payable on arrival on the day of the event.

Additional balaclavas and extras such as drinks and café food sales etc will be payable at the event. Customers will only be refunded their deposit if the event is cancelled due to weather conditions. We will endeavour to transfer the event to another date if possible.
